By accessing or using SIGTRACE ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
SIGTRACE is a railway signalling commissioning management platform that provides tools for test logging, shift reporting, issue tracking, team management, and project coordination. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
You agree not to:
Access to features within the Platform is governed by role-based permissions assigned by project administrators. You agree to use only the features and data your assigned role permits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIGTRACE and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability to you under these Terms will not exceed the fees received by us for the licence under which you accessed the Platform in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SIGTRACE and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
